Vestar Awarded Management of The Shops at Rossmoor in Seal Beach, California

AEW Capital Management has announced that Vestar will be the new property management firm for The Shops at Rossmoor. The 376,200 square-foot shopping center is located in the affluent community of Rossmoor in Orange County’s Seal Beach. Vestar is a leading real estate investment and management company with a strong focus on retail properties. This appointment underscores AEW’s commitment to provide best-in-class service to its tenants and shoppers at The Shops at Rossmoor.

Vestar brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and resources to The Shops at Rossmoor. Geared toward the management of quality institutional assets, Vestar manages over 22 million square-feet of premium retail space throughout the West Coast. Over the past 12 months Vestar has added 2.5 million square-feet to their prominent management portfolio of quality institutional-owned assets.

Janice has earned the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) accreditation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and served as a Board Member on the Palos Verdes Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.
