Taylor Alvey Joins Vestar as Vice President of Leasing

Vestar, a leading privately held real estate company in the western United States that acquires and manages retail and entertainment destinations that serve as community focal points, announces that Taylor Alvey has joined the company’s leasing department.

Taylor Alvey, Vice President of Leasing, is responsible for overseeing and growing the leasing efforts of assets throughout Vestar’s Arizona and California projects.

Prior to joining Vestar, Taylor was the Vice President of Leasing for DDR responsible for over 25 shopping centers and 12 million sf in the Western Region.

“Taylor’s wealth of experience and industry knowledge make him a key addition to our leasing team, which will be instrumental as we continue our expansion in the months and years to come,” said David Larcher, president of Vestar.

Mr. Alvey received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Tennessee. Taylor is a former Board Trustee of the National MS Society – Buckeye Chapter and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
