Tempe Marketplace Announces an Impressive List of New Tenants
Tempe Marketplace, a 1.3 million square-foot regional center, announced today plans to open a Nordstrom Rack, DSW, and Total Wine in 2014. Nordstrom Rack will open this October, in a 35,000 square foot space, next to JCPenney, also located in the southeast portion of Tempe Marketplace. Another noteworthy achievement for the retail center is the signing of Total Wine & More, the largest independent fine wine retailer in the country. The fine wine store will occupy 20,000 square-feet of space between Nordstrom Rack and PetSmart and will also open in October. Total Wine carries a selection of more than 8,000 different wines from every wine-producing region in the world. As the preeminent fine wine store in each of its markets, Total Wine & More is the leading non-supermarket seller of fine wine in the United States.
