Vestar Selected to Manage Plaza Paseo Real in Carlsbad, Calif.
Vestar, one of the leading privately held real estate companies in the western United States, has been retained as the property management firm for Plaza Paseo Real, a 147,848-square-foot grocery anchored neighborhood shopping center in Carlsbad.
