Jeff Koerperick Joins Vestar As Asset Manager

Vestar, a leading privately held real estate company in the western United States that acquires and manages retail and entertainment destinations that serve as community focal points, is proud to announce a new addition to its team.

Jeff Koerperick, Asset Manager, will be responsible for overseeing Vestar’s portfolio of assets owned through joint ventures.

Prior to joining Vestar, Jeff held several positions during his nearly 10 years at Spirit Realty Capital, a publicly traded REIT. In his most recent role as VicePresident – Asset Management, he managed a $2.5 billion portfolio of commercial real estate located throughout the United States. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Mr. Koerperick received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
