Jenny Cushing Joins Vestar as Assistant Vice President of Leasing

Ms. Cushing joins Vestar with nearly a decade of experience in real estate leasing and management. In her previous role as Senior Leasing Manager at Irvine Company, she was responsible for the successful negotiation and execution of more than 1,200 lease transactions totaling over 4 million square feet of space. Ms. Cushing’s extensive knowledge of the California, Arizona and Nevada markets will be a tremendous asset to Vestar as we continue to grow our portfolio in these key markets.

Prior to joining Vestar, she served an instrumental role in the leasing efforts for American Realty Capital Properties/Cole Real Estate Investments. She managed a portfolio of 50 shopping centers totaling 10 million square feet, leasing over 2 million square feet, with a transaction value of over $200 million. Ms. Cushing performed her undergraduate studies at Arizona State University in communications. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
