Riverside Plaza Presented Beautification Award From The Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce
Riverside Plaza received a Beautification Award at the State of the City Address on Thursday, January 28 at 4:30 p.m. at the Riverside Convention Center. The award recipients were chosen by Keep Riverside Clean & Beautiful and the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce. Awards were presented to buildings and facilities within the City of Riverside that capture outstanding landscape, cleanliness and curb appeal.This award is a testament to the hard work of our real estate team in keeping our property looking its best. Seven businesses in Riverside received these awards in each of the following categories: New Construction with Landscaping, Exterior Reconstruction with Landscaping, Maintenance of Existing Facility and Landscaping, Sustainable Design and Innovation, Chairman’s Award, Mayor’s Award, and Award of Distinction. Riverside Plaza received first place for Maintenance of Existing Facilities and Landscape.

Riverside Plaza will soon welcome new additions to the center including: The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, The Sleep Train, Wang Cho Korean BBQ, Charter Communications, and Nothing Bundt Cakes.
