Vestar, one of the leading privately held real estate companies in the western United States, has been retained by a large institutional owner as the property management firm for Clairemont Town Square, a 550,000 square foot community lifestyle center located in San Diego, Calif. and Anaheim Hills Festival, a 567,000 square foot community and entertainment center located in Anaheim, Calif..
