Vestar Announces H&M Coming Soon to Tempe Marketplace

Vestar, a leading real estate development and management company, today announced the signing of H&M at Tempe Marketplace. The store will be located at the southwest corner of Loops 101 & 202 in Tempe, Arizona and is scheduled to open Fall of 2015. This 20,000 square foot H&M store will join an already outstanding lineup of national and local retailers at Tempe Marketplace. “We are extremely pleased to welcome H&M to Tempe Marketplace,” said Roger Bolz, Senior Vice President of Leasing for Vestar. “This international retailer is a perfect complement to our existing retail mix and furthers our goal of providing our shoppers with a one-stop destination for their shopping needs.”
