Vestar Awarded Management of 357,731-Square-Foot Village on The Parkway In Dallas, Texas

Vestar, a leading privately held real estate company, announced today that it has been retained by a large institutional owner to handle the property management, leasing and marketing of Village on the Parkway, a 357,731-square-foot center situated on 31 acres in Dallas, Texas.

Vestar brings a wealth of experience and talent to Village on the Parkway as the company currently manages more than 23 million square feet in Texas, California, Arizona, Colorado and Nevada. The company intends to refresh the property’s merchandising strategy while enhancing the shopping experience through marketing programs and community-oriented events.
