Vestar Awarded Management of The Shops at Rossmoor in Seal Beach, California
Vestar has been retained by AEW Capital Management as the property management firm of The Shops at Rossmoor. The 376,200 square-foot shopping center is located in the affluent community of Rossmoor in Orange County’s Seal Beach.
Vestar brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and resources to The Shops at Rossmoor. Geared toward the management of quality institutional assets, Vestar manages over 22 million square-feet of premium retail space throughout the West Coast. Over the past 12 months Vestar has added 2.5 million square-feet to their prominent management portfolio of quality institutional-owned assets.

Vestar’s senior team will be led by Janice Fenimore-Scott, CSM. For over 20 years, Scott has excelled as a leader in the management of retail centers. Janice has earned the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) accreditation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and served as a Board Member on the Palos Verdes Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.
The center is anchored by Kohl’ s, Toys/Babies R Us, HomeGoods, Sprouts Gourmet Market, Marshalls, ULTA, Staples and PetSmart. Lifestyle tenants include: Chico’ s, Ann Taylor LOFT, New York & Company, Fidelity Investments, SOMA, Jos. A.
