Vestar Promotes Jim Brennan to Vice President of Operations

Vestar, one of the largest privately held retail real estate companies in the western United States, has promoted Jim Brennan to the position of Vice President of Operations. Previously he served as Regional Director of Property Management.

Based in firm’s Phoenix headquarters, Brennan will be responsible for providing operational support to the property management teams, as well as maintaining the firm’s vision and best-in-class brand. He will also oversee contract negotiation, professional implementation, and seamless transfer from construction to property management on renovation and re-positioning projects.

With more than 27 years of experience in the industry, Brennan has been with Vestar for 15 years and previously held various management positions with Simon Property Group, Equity Properties & Development and Forest City Enterprises. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Westminster College and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Arizona. He is an active member of ICSC and holds the prestigious designations of CRX and CSM.
