Vestar’s team brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and resources to Rancho Temecula Town Center. Geared toward management of quality institutional assets, Vestar manages over 22 million square-feet of premium retail space throughout the West Coast. Over the past 12 months Vestar has added 2.5 million square-feet to their prominent management portfolio of quality institutional-owned assets. Real estate plays a significant role in Vestar’s operations and the company is committed to providing the best possible service to its clients.

“Vestar is thrilled to continue growing with LaSalle,” said Patrick McGinley, SCSM, President of Management Services. “Our valued institutional clients understand the importance of retaining an experienced and established property management firm to secure their investment and maximize return strategies. We are excited to deliver superior results to LaSalle and the community of Temecula.”

“Our strong growth in management services is a direct reflection of the quality relationships and trust we have built with institutional owners over 25 years of proven performance,” added Bryce Egbert, Director of Business Development.

The center is conveniently located on the corner of Winchester road and Nicolas road only a half mile West from Interstate I-15 off the Rancho California exit. The asset is anchored by a Sprouts Farmers Market, LA Fitness, Rite Aid, and BevMo!, with a mix of inline and pad tenants including Starbucks, Navy Federal Credit Union, Bruegger’s Bagels, Juice It Up, Wings-N-Things, and Bright Now Dental.
