Vestar Retained as Property Manager of Rancho Temecula Town Center
Vestar has been retained by Chicago-based LaSalle Investment Management as the property management firm for Rancho Temecula Town Center, a 165,486 squarefoot grocery-anchored shopping center located in the South Riverside submarket of the Inland Empire. Vestar’s team brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and resources to Rancho Temecula Town Center. Geared toward management of quality institutional assets, Vestar manages over 22 million square-feet of premium retail space throughout the West Coast. Over the past 12 months Vestar has added 2.5 million square-feet to their prominent management portfolio of quality institutional-owned assets.
