Vestar Selected to Manage Village Walk in Pico Rivera, CA
Vestar, one of the leading privately held real estate companies in the western United States, has been retained by a value-added fund advised by UBS Asset Management as the property management firm for Village Walk, a 126,000 square foot lifestyle center located in Pico Rivera, California. Vestar now manages more than 11 million square feet of retail space in the Los Angeles area.

Geared toward management of quality institutional assets, Vestar operates over 26 million square feet of premium retail space throughout the west coast. Over the past 12 months Vestar has added nearly three million square feet to their prominent management portfolio of quality institutional-owned assets.
