Village On The Parkway Retail Center In Dallas, Texas To Welcome Four New Tenants

Village on the Parkway, a 357,731-square-foot retail center situated on 31 acres in Dallas, Texas, announced today that four new retailers will open their doors at the property over the next few months. Vestar, a leading privately held real estate company, currently handles property management, leasing and marketing at the center. Leasing for this project is done in partnership with Venture Commercial brokers Easley Waggoner and Tim Henson.

The new retailers include:

Soma, a women’s intimate apparel boutique, selling innovative and expertly fitting lingerie and loungewear apparel and beauty products, will occupy 2,549 square feet with a July 18, 2015 opening. As part of their opening they are offering a 20% discount off the entire boutique from July 18th through September 13th. Along with the discount, they will be hosting a special grand opening event on July 24th where the first 25 customers will receive a Soma Instant Gift of $100, $50 or $10, as well as additional giveaways all day long. During the grand opening event, Soma will donate 10% of the net sales to the American Heart Association.

Also opening on July 18th, Francesca’s, a boutique women’s clothing and accessory store, will occupy 1,400 square feet. On opening day they are offering 20% off entire purchases, and will hold a drawing for a $100 gift card.

Chico’s, a boutique offering branded clothing and accessories for women featuring a combination of great style with on-trend, expressive and one-of-kind designs, will occupy 3,453 square feet, with a July 27, 2015 opening. Chico’s will be donating 10% of all proceeds on opening day to the local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital as well as offering a free gift with purchase of $100 or more (while supplies last).

Beauty Brands, a salon and spa superstore, will occupy 6,844 square feet, with a September 2015 opening.

As the anchor center of the north Dallas entertainment district, with these four new tenants, Village on the Parkway is now 92 percent leased. Additional major tenants include: Whole Foods Market, AMC Theatres, Neighborhood Services, Ra Sushi, Gloria’s Latin Cuisine, Yard House, AT&T, and 24 Hour Fitness.

Village on the Parkway is located along the Dallas North Tollway at Belt Line Road and Montfort Drive in the vibrant Far North Dallas area. The center serves residents and businesses in the heart of one of North Texas’ dynamic environments with a daytime population of over 500,000.
